While sitting with your knee bent at a 90 degree angle, measure from the middle of your knee to the top of your skate boot just above the first eyelet (not top of the tongue). If the measurements put you in two different sizes, we recommend relying on the Tibia Length first.

If you wear your shin guards outside of your skate tongue (“Tongues In”), we recommend taking one size bigger than what is recommended.

With all the different sticks available on the market, it can be hard to choose the right one. Not only are there many models, but curves and flexes can also be a challenge. Picking the right flex is a crucial step. If a player picks a stick that is too soft or too stiff they will not be able to load the stick efficiently.
